Hygiene maintenance

Nowadays maintenance concepts have primarily the task to ensure as high technical an availability of the plant as possible. More and more enterprises get off the opinion that the maintenance is only a necessary evil or only a cost causer.

The constantly growing pressure in the competition around quality and productivity, forces the enterprises to the introduction of maintenance systems, in order to thus go to plant losses out of the way. Here sets our division of the maintenance of technical plants, commercial buildings and technical operational funds.

Spatial air-technical plants (RLT plants) in industrial companies must be in a hygienically perfect condition. But the entrepreneur is directly responsible. Hygiene maintenance of RLT plants, is regulated by a variety of regulations of the German Federal Republic and must be accordingly also sufficiently documented. These arrangement systems ensure a hygienically perfect condition during the entire period of the enterprise of the plants with ventilation systems.

By checklist all ventilation systems by us are checked, waited or exchanged with defect.
